We hope you will book with us to enjoy the courses we offer and look forward to welcoming you here. When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read the terms and conditions of booking below.

The price includes your tuition, tea coffee and cake, a full lunch and 3 of your pots to be fired and finished by Dave. It does not include posting your pots to you. Should you make more than 3 pots which you would like to be finished, we charge £3 per pot and will collect this from you at the end of the day.

We can not be held responsible for any pots that crack or explode in the kiln (this is unusual). Money paid for firing is non refundable.

We will only keep hold of pots made for 6 months. You must claim/collect them within this time frame.

Vouchers bought as gifts will only be valid for the calendar year stated on the voucher.

To secure your reservation for a one day course we take full payment in advance. For longer courses we take a deposit of £100, with the full balance due 6 weeks before the course begins. We accept all cards but credit cards do incurr an extra cost. We also take BACS payments.

Your full payment / deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. If you cancel more than 6 weeks before the start of the course we can try to re book you onto a different course. If you cancel less than 6 weeks before the start of the course the entire fee is forfeit unless we can re-book the place. Should we re-fill the place we will re book you onto a different date.
