The price includes your accommodation, off road parking for your car, and a cooked breakfast.

To secure your reservation we take your debit or credit card details. We accept all cards but credit cards do incurr an extra cost. The balance is due on departure. We accept cards, cash or cheques.

If you cancel within a week of your booking we reserve the right to take payment for the first nights accomodation. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking we reserve the right to take full payment. If you do not arrive, you will be charged for the full amount.

We will agree an arrival time with you when you make your booking and we would appreciate being advised of any change in your anticipated arrival time. We are only very small and there is not necessarily always somebody here. We do not guarantee that rooms will be ready before 3.00p.m. but will do our best for those guests arriving early.

We ask that rooms be vacated by 10.30 a.m. If you wish to leave your car with us please ask. We have plenty of parking and it should not be a problem.

This is a no smoking household and B&B.

We reserve the right to charge for any damage, extra cleaning or breakages.

We do not accept pets.

We do not accept liability for any injury to any guest, nor for any loss or damage to guests possessions ( including any vehicles) unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.
