A traditional salad bowl. These come in 3 main sizes. Some have been commissioned with the very middle unglazed for grating garlic into the salad..
The largest salad bowls are about 13" in diameter and 6" deep. The soup bowl can be used for individual salads.

This is a fruit bowl designed with steep shallow sides so that the fruit will not lie on top of each other and bruise. Also well used as a serving dish.
Fruit bowls come in 4 sizes from extra large which are about 16.5" to the smallest at 11" (diameter).
