In December 2001 Dave bought an abandoned Pub in St Werburghs, Bristol. The ground floor is now running as a fully functioning Artist's Studios Complex. All studios have been custom built, have plenty of light, electricity, and are fully lockable.

There are 6 studios in the main building. The units have been let to local artists varying from painters & potters to textile designers. The building has also been fully renovated and the exterior restored to it's former glory.
