UPSTAIRS: This is our brand new room. Also totally self contained this spacious room with ensuite is up an external spiral staircase, so only for the able bodied. We serve a delicious full English breakfast for both rooms, and also offer freshly baked and locally made croissants, as well as cereal and fruit juices, tea and coffee. All of this is served on tableware made in the pottery!

Our location - Milford on Sea - has a huge amount to offer as we are within easy walking distance to the village centre and the local beaches, whilst Lymington and the New Forest are a short drive away. We have plenty of PARKING.
